Cash or Card are acceptable forms of payment. I do not accept PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

Can you groom aggressive dogs?

Shy, over-reactive, or minor behavior issues; we can work to find a comfortable solution for your dog. Although due to the solo nature of a mobile salon; for safety over-aggression will result in an unfinished groom. 

 

How long does it take?

Depending on the dog's size, coat length, coat condition, style preferences, and the pet's cooperation, the grooming appointment may range from 45 minutes up to 3 hours in extreme cases. Usually a routine grooming appointment runs about 1 hour 30 minutes per pet. Overgrown, large, or severely matted pets may take longer.

 

Do I have to be home? 

For new clients, I require that the owner be present at the time of my arrival, so that I can take a moment to meet your dog, discuss grooming instructions and fill out paperwork. After; all I need is access to home, I will come by at your scheduled grooming appointment time and client just leaves an approved form of payment. 

 

What if I can’t keep my appointment?

I require at least a 48 hour CANCELLATION NOTICE in the event that an appointment cannot be kept. For Monday appointments, this means I need to be contacted on Friday. This gives me and my "waiting list" clients some time to fill the cancelled appointment slot. Of course more advanced notice is greatly appreciated. Failure to call on a regular business day at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment may result in a charge of a $50 no call/no show fee that must be paid prior to your next grooming appointment.

 

Can I watch? 

I have found with pet owners around that this often has a distracting influence on the pet and there is a greater chance of having minor "oopsies" due to over excitement. The pets generally behave better when it is a strictly groomer - pet relationship in the mobile salon. 

 

Do you need water or hook up? 

Nope. My Grooming van is completely self-contained. I use a generator/inverter for power, but if the power ever fails I do have the capability to plug in to finish the groom. The van has a 50-gallon fresh water supply, enough capacity for fresh warm water for every groom. 

 

Do you groom cats?

Although I would love to meet yours, I do not groom cats.
